used to aid compression in the F100 229 aircraft engine. A Firm Fixed
Price requirements contract is anticipated with a Basic Year BEQ of 66
EA, and two one-year options of 10 each and 5 each respectively.
Delivery will be 240 days after receipt of an order. All unapproved
sources must submit a source approval package IAW the qualification
requirements. Blue Ribbon provisions will apply. This is a Durability
Critical item. 66EA. Applicable to: F100 229 Engine. Destn: Kelly Afb,
Texas 78241-6318. Qualification requirements: Sources must be
qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will
contain instructions for obtaining further information on this
requirement. The requirements of FAR 9.202(A) have been completed and
copies of the qualification requirements and standards may be obtained
as described in the solicitation. These qualification requirements
apply to line item(s) 0001 The approximate issue/response date will be

and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency
requirements. Award will be made only if the offeror, the
product/service, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements
at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The
solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be
obtained concerning qualification requirements is cited in each
individual solicitation. The solicitation will contain the Blue Ribbon
Program (BRP) solicitation provisions. Under the BRP, price and
designation as a Blue Ribon Contractor in the appropriate Federal Stock
Class will be evaluated and considered in the contract award decision.
If an offer is not received from a BRC and none of the participating
offerors is designated as a BRC prior to contract award, award will be
made to the offeror who meets the minimum requirements of the
solicitation, offers the lowest evaluated price and is determined to be
