The work includes, but is not limited to the following: Remove 200 kVA (PCB) transformer and 150 kVA non-PCB transformer, conductors and conduits off site; Excavation, site preparation and installation of concrete pad for new transformer; 500kVA, 13.8kV x 4.16kV primary and 208/120 x 480/277 volts secondary; excavation, backfill, and installation of electric duct bank, new primary services and secondary services; the installation of new 600 volt secondary service conductors from the transformer to new switchboards through manholes, existing conduits and new conduits; provide temporary power to all existing power load; installation of new switchboards and concrete pad. Contractors within the local area are encouraged to pick-up a copy of the solicitation on the First Floor, Plans, Issue and Specification Room, between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday at the address listed above. There will be no charge for these documents, however, only one set will be issued per contractor. Please note that the solicitation will be issued on a first-come, first-serve basis.
