Description of content: As mentioned in the G/TBT/Notif. 95.238 dated 3 August 1995, the Ministry of Health and Welfare notifies the introduction of some new health warning statements concerning the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages and smoking as well as some changes in the existing labelling requirements for warnings against the excessive consumption of alcoholic beverages. 7. Objective and rationale: To protect health of the public and to prevent chronic diseases. 8.
