JONES, Phone (703)604-2000 The Naval Air Systems Command is conducting a full and open competition to procure P-3 Trainer Devices for the Anti-Surface Warfare Improvement Program (AIP). The Partial Aircrew Coordination Trainer (PACT) will add the Anti-Surface Warfare Mission capabilities to existing capabilities in order to performance designated Missions. The contract will be classified as Secret NOFORN. Contractors who previously responded to announcement 30006-95 or the draft Request for Proposal mailing need not respond to this announcement to remain on the formal bidders list. This announcement is solely for the purpose of informing industry that the formal RFP will be released on or about 15 December 1995.
