Sanderson, (313)930-5591, Additional Contact, Contracting Office, (313)930-5580 This facility intends to solicit for lodging and shuttle service for eligible beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs served by the VA Medical Center, Ann Arbor, MI., from date of award through September 30, 1996, subject to the availability of FY-96 funds, with a possible option year. It is estimated that approximately five (5) rooms will be needed Sunday nights and approximately twenty (20) rooms per night, Monday through Thursday. Shuttle service to be provided from 6:00 a.m., to 6:00 p.m., every two hours and Fridays from 6:00 a.m., to 10:00 a.m. No shuttle service is required on Sundays and Federal Government Holidays. Offsite accommodations will obviate the need for admission of patients who commute to receive therapy, who require special procedures which may necessitate more than one (1) day's stay in the area, or patients who may need to be monitored, and monitoring can be accomplished without admission to the hospital. This will be a firm fixed-price contract. Solicitation package will be available approximately December 18, 1995.
