The intended contract will be firm-fixed price with initial contract period beginning during CY96 through 30 September 1996 and four (4) priced option years. The dining facility has a seating capacity of 113, approximately 6200 square feet, serves three (3) meals per day, Monday through Friday, and two (2) meals per day during weekends and holidays. Duties will include (but are not limited to): limited cashier services, site trash removal; cleanup of dining, office, scullery, food preparation, outside areas and operation of serving lines.
