Dean, Contracting Officer, 904-882-4418. Eglin Air Force Base has a requirement for asbestos-containing material (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) assessment and analysis. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, tools, instruments, materials, supervision, and other incidentals necessary to perform ACM and LBP assessment, sampling and analysis, to include wipe sampling, air samples and Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) samples for LBP. This action is under 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this acquisition is 8734, the standard for which is a concern including its affiliates, having an average annual sales or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.00.
