Programmatic Support for the development and fielding of the Aviation
Mission Planning System (AMPS). The proposed procurement will be a
modification to existing Delivery Order 0017 to Contract
DAAJ09-93-D-0058. The proposed continued efforts are for interim
support to the Program Manager - Aviation Electronic Combat (PM-AEC)
until such time as the Programmatic and Technical Support (PATS III)
Program contracts are awarded. The proposed period of performance is 1
Jan 96 through 30 Jun 96. Efforts shall include: Support in the
development of program planning documents including, but not limited to
the Operational Requirements document, the Integrated Program Summary,
the Test and Evaluation Master Plan, the single Acquisition and
Management Plan test reports, and Acquisition Decision Memoranda;
Coordination with other PM-AEC programs in support of integrated
command and control demonstration exercises including Task Force XXI;
Assessments of ongoing government and contractor hardware and software
program planning and documentation in support of AMPS; Preparation and
delivery of data collection and analysis of the impact of DoD
directives related to upgrade of existing government software and/or
waiver of requirements and request preparation for the modified AMPS
program; and, Upgrade existing government software to support
development and verification and validation of the AMPS. Procurement is
restricted to System Dynamics International, Incorporated, 4940
