The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport intends to solicit and acquire on a sole source basis, a base quantity of 32 EA with an option for an additional 32 EA, the Argotech Model 214, low frequency projector. NUWC Division Keyport intends to solicit this requirement on a sole source basis to Argotech Incorporated, 3750 Hacienda Blvd., Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Argotech Incorporated developed the Model 214 projector for the Mk30 Mod 1 mobile target. They maintain the proprietary drawings, documentation and procedures for their manufacture. The government does not have access to these drawings. The solicitation will be issued on or about 08 January 96. No telephone requests for the solicitation package will be accepted.
