UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc. plans to enter into a multiyear sole source (five-year) partnership agreement with Cramer, Inc., 625 Adams St. Kansas City, KS 66105 for the production of stools, step stools and related type utility components for sale to the U.S. Government. Vendor will provide items in complete kits. UNICOR will eventually vertically integrate manufacturing of the components. Vendor agrees to allow UNICOR use of any patented items without fees. Products sold through UNICOR will become UNICOR products. Other potential vendors may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. See Numbered Notes 12 and 22. (324)
