Work consists of range support building (2,522 SF), storage building (5,536 SF) for Multiple Integrated Laser Equipment System (MILES) equipment and supplies, equipment dispensing pads (356 SY), field range latrines (3,533 SF), and covered training area (4,075 SF). Supporting facilities include utilities, electric service, storm drainage, fencing and gates, alarm systems, information systems, and site improvements. Heating will be provided by gas-fired units. Air Conditioning (20 tons) will be provided in administrative areas only. NOTE: (1) The proposed site is a former unexploded ordinance site that is perceived to be clean and free of contamination. An average of 8 unexploded rounds are encountered on Camp Bullis per year, however, there is no record of rounds being found in the proposed site. (2) Cultural resources of historical value exist on Camp Bullis, however there is no record of any viable cultural resource finds on the proposed site. Estimated Cost Range: $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 - - Drawings are in full-size only at a cost of $46.55.
