Services are to be performed for a 12 month perid with 3 one-year options. Response to this notice shall be the basis to determine whether bonafide competition exists. Only written requests are acceptable. Firms must submit a capability statement and all pertinent information identifying their capability to supply the required service(s). This information will be considered only if clear and convincing documentation, including technical and pricing information, is received by/in this office within 30 days after publication of this notice. A request for documentation will not be considered an affirmative response. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
