EDI ORIENTATION FOR DOD SUPPLIERS SEMINAR The South Carolina Small Business Development Center will be presenting small business EDI training workshops across the state of South Carolina at Fort Jackson, Columbia, SC December 4, 1995; Greenville Chamber of Commerce, Greenville, SC December 5, 1995; Charleston Air Force Base, Charleston, SC December 7, 1995 and South Carolina State University, Orangeburg, SC December 8, 1995. Orientation for DOD Suppliers will provide participants with an introduction to the implementation of EDI within the Federal Government and, more specifically, with the Department of Defense (DOD) purchasing requirements mandated by the Federal Acquisition Streamlining Act (FASA) of 1994. The program will be presented by the Atlanta Electronic Commerce Resource Center (ECRC) from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM at each location. The cost for the seminar is $30.00 per person.
