The B-2 Systems Program Office (SPO), Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio 45433, is upgrading their Configuration Data Management System (CDMS) to fulfill new data and status accounting requirements. Sources are requested who can provide Integrated Data/Configuration Management System (ID/CDMS) for use on the B-2 SPO Local Area Network (LAN). Potential sources must be able to provide the following: (1) ID/CMS unlimited user lease, (2) system maintenance, and (3) data downloading service. The B-2 SPO is contemplating a sole source contract with Modern Technologies Corporation (MTC), Dayton, OH. Solicitation will be issued approximately 9 Nov. 95. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The only purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
