COMMERCE BUSINESS DAILY ISSUE OF NOVEMBER 24,1995 PSA#1476Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, 2531 Jefferson Davis Hwy,

Bourbeau, Contracting Officer, SEA 02224, (703) 602-3102. The Naval Sea
Systems Command is interested in initiating dialogue with parties
regarding detail design and construction requirements for the Landing
Platform Dock (LPD) 17 program. You are advised that the President's

Teaming is considered a viable approach, however a single point of
contact would be required. An information package will be posted on the

information through our WEB server or through our FTP server. This can
be accomplished in the following two methods: For a WEB session, open
the URL ''HTTP://SEA02WWW.NAVSEA.NAVY.MIL'' and select the hyper-link
''Information Documents''. There you will see a hyper-link for the

a FTP session to host ftp.navsea.navy.mil. The login ID will be
CONTRACT and CONTRACT should be used as the password. Upon login, you
will be in file area PUB/CONTRACTS. The subject information package,
including related files, can then be downloaded. Interested parties
should be in BINARY mode when copying files rather than ASCII. A
