Bergin (Site Code DAAD05) Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, materials, appliances, and transportation required to repair or replace the above ground heat distribution system or the underground heat distribution system for steam and condensate return piping serving buildings located post wide at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All work shall be achieved in accordance with applicable clauses, regulations, codes, standards of industry, specifications and drawings. This solicitation is issued using Full and Open Competition and any responsible source may submit a bid for consideration. The Government anticipates awarding a requirements contract for a base year and two option years. The bid opening date is estimated.
