Work includes theperformance of service call work, annual preventive maintenance of equipment, change of occupancymaintenance, partial painting, and other services as specified in the contract. The contract will be for a baseperiod of twelve months, with four one-year options. Total contract term not to exceed 60 months. TheGovernment reserves the right to award for a base period of less than twelve months. The proposed contract isbeing considered for 100 percent competitive 8(A) concerns.
