The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is soliciting interest in a Firm Fixed Price Design/Build project, for the design and construction of a recreation building (approximate size 790 SM) and swimming pool (approximately 25 x 13 meters) at Dhahran Saudi Arabia. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The project consists of the demolition of a two story wooden frame building, (approximately 2000 SM/flr), dismantling of existing utilities, preparation of the site for construction of the new structures. Design to include: site development, new structures, utilities, pool shade structures, surrounding privacy fence and construction of these facilities. The project also includes the procurement and installation of kitchen equipment for the Rec center. NOTE: Award of this contract shall be contingent on availability of funds.
