The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) on December 5-6, 1995 at 9:00 a.m. will host its 5th Annual Small, Minority, and Women-Owned Small Business Symposium at the Holiday-Inn, Convention Center, 2540 Meacham Blvd., Ft. Worth, Texas 76106. The purpose of the Symposium is to demonstrate the BEP's commitment to ensure small businesses an equal and fair opportunity to receive and compete for BEP prime and subcontract procurement opportunities. This event will feature the BEP's unique concept of ``on-the-spot'' award of small dollar value procurements. Government Purchase Cardholders from the BEP and the Internal Revenue Service will be on hand to make awards. Additionally, BEP large business Prime Contractors with subcontracting opportunities have been invited to participate in the event. The U. S. Treasurer will be the keynote speaker for the event.
