Q -- HOME HEALTH AIDES AND HOMEMAKERS SOL 678-01-96 DUE 011196 POC Contact Point, Vivian Beasley, (520)629-4600, Contracting Officer, James Waterman, (520)629-4610 Contractor shall provide veterans in the Tucson VAMC fee-basis jurisdictional counties of Arizona (to include: La Paz, Yuma, Pima, Pinal, Graham, Cochise, Greenlee and Santa Cruz) with accessible network-based home health aide and homemaker services. Services shall include, but are limited to: homemaker, personal assistant and nurse aide. Seven days a week coverage is required. Number of visits will be approx. 1393 hrs/mo for aide and 1330 hrs/mo for homemaker. Solicitation packages will be available on approximately 12/11/95.
