This procurement will be conducted using source selection procedures. The technical evaluation criteria in descending order of importance is: (a) specialized experience and performance record of the firm and subcontractors in the field of artwork consulting, composed of selecting, furnishing, framing and installing original reproduction, and poster art;(A.1.) Ability to offer a multitude of sources for the selection of all art pieces; (a.2.) Experience with U.S. Government policies, procedures and guidelines for procurement; (a.3.) Demonstrated satisfactory performance in the preparation of procurement documentation, large buy selections and presentation to the client;(4) Specific performance record on previous work for the U.S.Government, state and local governments and private industry; (a.5.) Demonstrated performance record of working relationship of the firm and subcontractors; (b) Experience and qualifications of personnel of the firm, and its subcontractors specifically proposed for assignment to the project; and (c) Current consulting contract workload and duration of each study versus the number and type of personnel to accomplish existing workload and any new work resulting from this contract.
