The procurement listed here is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Interested SB concerns should as early as possible but not later than COB 5 December 95, indicate interest in acquisition by providing to the contracting office above, evidence of capability to perform (including references for similiar work with telephone numbers, points of contact, and contract numbers) and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially business concern. If references and eligibility statements are not submitted for each separate solicitation, those SB concerns will not be considered in determining the set-aside. If adequate interest is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice. Proposed bid date is 04 Jan 96.
