16 -- UPDATE FOR AN/ALQ-135 INTERNAL COUNTERMEASURES SET, LOT IX SOL F33657-95-R-0064 POC Catherine A. Doyle, Contracting Officer/Capt. Kristen Nelson, Buyer, (513) 255-3183. The objective of this synopsis is to update the announcement dated 15 May 1995. Due to funding changes, the AN/ALQ-135 Emitter/Jammer Lot IX procurement is now anticipated to be for 63 shipsets of the Band 3 hardware with options for an additional 18 shipsets with logistics support, engineering support, data, and other support as required. Production will be over three years of approximately six shipsets for year 1, 30 for year 2, and 27 for year 3, with 6 per year for the 18 shipset option. The contract will be structured with a basic year production and two production options. The delivered Internal Countermeasures Set (ICS) must meet the following requirements: a. Be integrated with the AN/ALR-56C and AN/ALE-45, b. Be compatible with the TEWS Intermediate Support Station (TISS), c. Be compatible with the F-15C and F-15E aircraft. Deliveries of the AN/ALQ-135 Lot IX are to begin in April 1997 and end in March 2000. Potential offerors must submit evidence of the technical and financial ability to meet the technical requirements and delivery schedule.
