Sisk Federal Building and Courthouse Fresno, California Provide all labor, material, equipment and incidentals associated with the completion of the sprinkler retrofit work performed over a period from 1989 to 1994 and completion of the sprinkler loop mains on the building floors. Specifically, the work entails the following: new penthouse level zone; completion of sprinklering, 5th Floor courts, chambers, including added zone; completion of sprinklering, 4th floor; completion/corrective sprin- klering, 3rd floor; completion/corrective sprinklering, 2nd floor; comple- tion of sprinklering, 1st floor, including revised connection to original main entrance lobby sprinklers, and installation in new courtroom space; addition of flow switch to basement zone; and expansion of the fire alarm system to address new zoning. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. The performance period is 200 calen- dar days. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
