Services to include,but not limited to, diagnosis, treatment and report processing of patient. Services to be provided on site at the VA Medical Center or at an approved off-site facility, whichever is most advantageous to the Government. Contract will be for one year with the option to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods. Bid documents will be available on or about 12/4/95.
