Colorado is requesting sources and pricing for battery chargers for
charging 125 volt, lead-acid switchgear and control batteries in
extra-high voltage power substations, destination to Williston ND and
Sioux City, Iowa to include the following: two 125 volt, 100 ampere DC
output 3-phase, 240 volt AC (delta) input source battery chargers
including documentation, on-site startup service, and spare parts to
include: one spare logic card or electronic module of each type
furnished, two spare discrete silicon controlled rectifiers or two
spare rectifier modules of each type used, two spare discrete diodes or
two spare diode modules of each type used, one spare equalize/high rate
timer (unless included in another spare module), three spare fuses of
each type and rating used, three spare LED's or lamps of each type and
color used (unless included in another spare module), two spare filter
capacitors of each type and rating used, one alarm relay board/module
of each type used, two spare alarm relays of each type used (unless
included in above), and two spares of each resistor or capacitor not
included as part of a circuit board or module for the Sioux City
Substation, located on the north side of U.S. Highway No. 75,
approximately 5 miles northeast of Sioux City, Iowa. An additional two
125 volt, 70 ampere DC output 3-phase, 240 volt AC (delta) input
source battery chargers including documentation, on-site startup
service, and spare parts to include: one spare logic card or electronic
module of each type furnished, two spare discrete silicon controlled
rectifiers or two spare rectifier modules of each type used, two spare
discrete diodes or two spare diode modules of each type used, one
spare equalize/high rate timer (unless included in another spare
module), three spare fuses of each type and rating used, three spare
LED's or lamps of each type and color used (unless included in another
spare module), two spare filter capacitors of each type and rating
used, one alarm relay board/module of each type used, two spare alarm
relays of each type used (unless included in above), and two spres of
each resistor or capacitor not included as part of a circuit board or
module for the Williston Substation located on the north side of U.S.
Highway 2, near Williston, North Dakota. Concerns having the ability to
furnish the products/services described herein are requested to give an
affirmative response in writing (including telephone number for a point
of contact) to the procurement office above within 15 days of
publication. This proposed procurement is a 100% set-aside for small
business concerns. All responsible small business concerns may submit
a quote which will be considered by this Agency. All sources shall
submit information on their business size, status: i.e. small business,
