The work includes a new modular building at Naval Station and incidental related work. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. The statutory cost limitation on this project is $264,000. The small business size standard applicable to this contract is 1542 and the annual size standard is $17.0 million. Contract duration period is approximately 170 calendar days. This is an unrestricted procurement IAW Public Law 100-656. All responsible soureces may submit a bid which shall be considered.
