The project provides offices, restrooms, couseling and meeting rooms, customer waiting area, computer equipment room, interior and exterior child play areas and a 22 space parking lot. Solicitation packages will be issued on or about 17 Nov 1995 with a bid opening date on or about 19 Dec 1995. Performance time for this project is 240 calendar days.
