Installation of existing and Contractor furnished hardware for Cardkey Security Access System. This note is to advise that a written Request for Quotation (RFQ) is available as described below. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The proposed procurement is NOT set-aside for small business concerns. All offers received will be considered for award. Offerors must request a copy of the complete solicitation in order to submit a responsive offer. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror with an acceptable delivery schedule and the lowest overall price. Evaluations will be per line item, and awards(s) will be for the lowest aggregate cost to the Government. Award is anticipated within 7 days of the date quotes are due. Written requests by mail or fax must be received within 15 days of the publication date of this synopsis and must include the solicitation number and contact's name in the address.
