The new Solicitation Number for this procurement is N62477-96-B-0012. This procurement is Unrestricted. The work includes replacement of existing elevator including car enclosure and platform, entrance doors and frame, elevator and door controllers, hydraulic pump and jack, and associated wiring. In addition, the work includes upgrading the electrical service to the elevator and associated hoistway improvements. Contractors within the local area are urged to pick-up a copy of the solicitation at Building 212, lst floor, plans & specs room, at the Washington Navy Yard. The hours of operation for Plans & Specs are 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. There will be no charge for these documents, however, there will only be one set issued per contractor.
