SOLICITATION NOTICE - The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct an earth-bermed, two-story box shaped structure with an area of approximately 7000 square feet. The structure will include ordnance storage areas and shipping and receiving area with a loading dock. The lower portion of the structure will be constructed of reinforced concrete and the upper portion will be a metal manufactured building. Site work includes placement of the earth embankment and clearing of three fragment pick-up zones extending approximately 1700 feet from the box structure. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Firm-Fixed Price contract.
