The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, equipment, and other resources necessary to construct a pre-engineered maintenance building with a floor area of approximately 11,500 square feet, constructing a pre-engineered pole storage area of approximately 1,200 square feet, remodeling an existing building, and removal of three existing buildings, located near Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska. The estimated order of magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5-inch floppy diskettes. The IFB and specifications are formatted using WordPerfect 5.1. The solicitation may be obtained in one of the following ways: FREE OF CHARGE: Solicitation/specifications on diskette without drawings; $10.00 NONREFUNDABLE FEE: Solicitation and specifications on diskette with drawings on hardcopy; or $25.OO NONREFUNDABLE FEE: Solicitation, specifications and drawings on hardcopy.
