Westinghouse Savannah River Company (WSRC), management and operating contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) at the Savannah River Site (SRS) near Aiken, South Carolina announces the availability of more than 1,000,000 square feet of manufacturing and laboratory space at the site for lease by commercial parties. The site occupies some 300 square miles in the west central portion of the state. Most facilities have access to electrical power and rail transportation. Some buildings have equipment and machinery still in place and may contain residual contamination. Additional facilities and equipment are available for lease on a ``dual-use'' basis at an hourly or monthly rate. WSRC will hold an Open House to inspect available facilities on November 29, 1995. Interested parties are required to register to attend by November 22, 1995, by providing a written response on company letterhead identifying company's name, address and phone number addressed to Mark V. Eidson, Westinghouse Savannah River Company, 227 Gateway Drive, Aiken, SC 29802. Your registration must include the full name of all proposed attendees, their social security numbers, their home addresses and whether or not they are U.S. citizens.
