The intent is to negotiate a contract with one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. The requirement is approximately 50 rooms for two (2) nights for one weekend of each month. This procurement is unrestricted. A competitive soliciation will be issued and the statement of work will be included. All interested parties shall submit a proposal meeting the requirements of the solicitation. Offerors who fail to meet the requirements of the solicitation will not be considered.
