performed at State University of New York (SUNY), Maritime College,
Fort Schuyler, NY. The Maritime Administration requires that to be
eligible for award under this solicitation offerors must: Be holders of
the MARAD Master Lump Sum Repair Agreement (MLSRA) or shall apply for
and agree to the terms and conditions of the MLSRA. Offerors may accept
the MLSRA with their bid; nonholders shall provide annual
representations and certifications as required by the MLSRA. Delivery
schedule is 30 calendar days, after effective date of a written Notice
to Proceed. All requests must be in writing; may be telefaxed to (804)
441-6080. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be
