circulated in accordance with Article 10.6. G/TBT/Notif. 95.302. 1.

responsible: Ministry of Transport and Public Works. 3. Notified under
Article 2.9.2. 4. Products covered (HS or CCCN where applicable,

addition, where applicable): Radio link equipment used for transmitting
and receiving digital signals and other video signals operating in the
54-66 GHz frequency range. 5. Title and number of pages of the
notified document: Conformance Specification for Radio Equipment sv
04-2, Radio Link Equipment Operating in the 57.2-88.2 GHz Frequency
Band. 6. Description of content: This draft contains minimum
requirements with which the said radio link equipment shall comply. The
equipment operates using limited power. The use is regulated in CEPT
Recommendation T/R 22-03. 7. Objective and rationale: The purpose of
these draft minimum requirements is to ensure that equipment can be
inspected by recognized test institutes based in European member States
or EFTA countries which are co-signatories to the Treaty of the
European Economic Area and can be approved by registered bodies. 8.
