Professional A/E design services must provide all necessary services which will result in the preparation of the design development program submission, preliminary drawings, working drawings, specifications, cost estimates, construction period services and site visits for various projects at the VAMC, Iron Mountain, Michigan, during the 1996 fiscal year. This announcement is NOT a formal solicitation and is NOT a request for proposals. Availability of any formal solicitation will be announced separately. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes ONLY, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. Area of consideration is restricted to firms located within a 100 mile radius of Iron Mountain, Michigan.
