The Naval Sea Systems Command has a requirement for the development of an Integrated Logistics Support database and various logistics support analyses and plans as required for an operational assessment of the Standard Monitoring and Control System (SMCS) beginning April, 1996. Contractor shall also establish a Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service (CITIS) for SMCS. It is planned to award this effort to CAE Electronics, Inc., the developer of the SMCS under an existing advanced development contract. See Numbered Note(s): 22. (0311)
