All work will be awarded on a single contract. Estimated construction cost is $250,000 to $500,000. Estimated construction time is 26 weeks. A 20% bid bond is required. Payment and performance bonds are required after contract award. Brookhaven is charging a non-refundable fee of $35.00 for bid documents.
