Training shall be for twelve (12) Government employees. Training shall be for ten (10) days. A written RFQ, DAAC71-96-Q-0042, shall be issued approximately 21 NOV 95. Projected award date is 30 NOV 95. It is believed that Hewlett Packard is the only source capable of providing the detailed training required since they are the manufacturer of the equipment and the only known source having the knowledge of the equipment and pertinent equipment updates required to provide such training. There is no competitive technical specification or statement of work available for the required training. Any firm believing they can provide the training should contact the Contracting Officer.
