Hours of Contractor Operation will be 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, seven days a week including all holidays, with a Government Option to expand services to 24 hour operation. Contractor will be provided space for operations in the Salem Air Traffic Control Tower. Solicitation package available O/A 11/21/95.
