Contractor must meet the following criteria to receive a copy of the solicitation: (1) have IDEF experience; (2) Data Modeling experience; (3) experience with complex Economic Analysis/Cost Benefit Analysis; (4) hands-on knowledge of Business Processing Re-Engineering techniques; (5) have knowledge of the Corps Data Encyclopedia; (6) have performed complex studies of multiple interrelated functional business process automation requirements. Solcitation will be available approximately 30 days from announcement. Contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery type contract, competitively negotiated. Contract will be awarded for a base year with four option years. Multiple awards may be made from this solicitation. See numbered note #4. (0310)
