The Coastal Systems Station, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Florida has a requirement for non-personal services in engineering and technical support at the Navy Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU). Contractor support will be in testing and analysis of the functional aspects of designed diving systems, life support characteristics. Navy certification requirements and system fleet integration. This program support is primarily, but not exclusively for the UBA EX 14 MOD 1 Systems and Atmospheric Diving System (ADS) and Advanced Seal Delivery System (ASDS). Tests will be conducted in the Experimental Diving Facility (DF) chamber complex. Ocean Simulation Facility (OSF) and OSF Test Pool at NEDU, Panama City, FL. Contractor support will include unmanned chamber operation, test instrument design, installation, systems interface, calibration and operation, computer systems analysis, engineering and technical support in the development and operation of associated systems in support of these efforts. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract. Period of performance will be for 12 months from award with four (4) option years.
