This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Systems Atlanta, Inc., of Lebanon Georga, under the conditions of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements and under the conditions of FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. The current Information Display System in place is a Systems Atlanta IDS4 Workstation. All responsible sources may submit a bid proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
