Lease of two (2) Twin Engine Fixed Wing utility/cargo aircraft configured to carry a minimum of 14 paratroopers (14 troop seats installed) and ramp configured to allow ramp exit for Military Freefall training operations. Aircraft must be able to obtain altitudes of Flight Level 12500 - 23500 above Ground Level (AGL) with oxygen equipped crew cabin. Place of performance will be in/around Yuma Proving Ground, Arizona.
