The Blue Ribbon Schools Program is a national school improvement strategy. The intent is to effect improvement through a colloborative self-evaluation required of local schools, both public & private, that participate and through the stimulus of national recognition provides, to continue the pursuit of excellence. The successful contrctor shall provide logistical, administrative and planning, dissemination, and data analysis services to the Blue Ribbon Schools Program. The period of performance is for twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-months option periods. Anticipated issue date: November 21, 1995 and closing date: December 21, 1995.
