KACZMAREK, (215)697-9662 Notification is hereby provided of the Government's intention to acquire on a competitive basis, non-personal Contractor Engineering and Technical Services (CETS) by qualified Contractor's personnel for the purpose of informing, instructing and training Department of Navy Personnel in the installation, operation and maintenance of the following Navy and Marine Corps weapons, equipment and systems: CH-46 Series and SH-60B Series Helicopters. The proposed procurement consists of two (2) tasks. The basic period of performance will be 1 Mar 96 through 30 Sep 96, with three option periods through 28 Feb 99. This period reflects the Government's minimum needs. The solicitation will contain specifications for Contract Field Service Representatives as appropriate, including Special Credentialing Requirements. Relevant task numbers are 26728, with the primary place of performance at MCAS Kaneohe Bay, HI, and 28742, with the primary place of performance at NAS North Island, CA. The Standard Industrial Classification number applicable to this procurement is 8711. The solicitation will required the submission of cost/price and technical proposals.
