information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the
only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation

(HDPE),attenuation: 0.4 dB/km or less @ 1310 nm, 0.3 dB/km or less @
1550 nm, suitable for underground conduit, direct burial and aerial
applications, shall be At&T # 105929442 or equal. Technical data shall
be submited by bidder to evaluate the technical acceptability of the
product. Failure to submit technical data will render your bid non

differential will be applied to bids quoted on an F.O.B. destination
Jefferson LA basis versus those quoted on a C.I.F. or F.O.B.
destination Panama basis for compaative evaluation. This differential
is the equivalent of $155.00 per measurment ton of 40 cubic feet (MTON)
from Jefferson LA, to Panama. This is an average freight factor which
includes the cost of inland freight in Panama. 52.212-1 Instructions to
Offerors - Commercial items, applies to this acquisition, with the
exception of D, and H. After bids are publicly opened, an award will be
made with reasonable promptness to that responsible bidder whose bid,
conforming to the invitation for bids, will be most advantageous to the
Government, considering only price and price-related factors included
