The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense General Supply Center (DGSC), Richmond, VA is seeking letters of interest from parties willing to enter into pricing agreements for the purpose of promoting the DLA Credit Card Program. This DLA program, established in conjunction with GSA's I.M.P.A.C. Credit Card Program, is designed to provide substantial price discounts to DoD and federal customers who place orders with contractors with whom special pricing agreements have been arranged. DGSC is specifically targeting suppliers of miscellaneous hardware supplies. Once agreements are established, DGSC marketing representatives will meet with requisitioners and promote use of the DLA issued card to place orders for requirements totaling less than $2,500. Participating agreement holders will benefit from DLA/DGSC marketing efforts with Governmentwide customers representing each of the military services and many federal agencies, such as General Services Administration, National Aeronautical and Space Administration, U.S. Postal Service, Veterans Administration, Department of Energy, Federal Bureau of Prisons, U.S. Forest Service, and the Department of Commerce and Transportation. Interested parties must accept VISA credit card purchases, be able to promptly furnish supplies to customers throughout a wide market area and be willing to provide substantial discounts off commercial prices.
