The estimated range is between $100,000 and $250,000. It is anticipated that the procurement will be made under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program (Open to Large and Small Business). Solicitation Packages will be ready on or about 12/04/95 on a first come, first served basis to prime Contractors.
